A: We are an online based mini boutique street wear shop (retail) – based in the fashion metropolis, Bangkok – Thailand.
Q: What is SneakerPrestige.Com's Return Policy?
A: We will gladly accept returns in brand new condition. All shoes purchased from SneakerPrestige.Com can only be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc.)
The return must be requested 14 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back to SneakerPrestige.Com must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.

A: We only sell authentic shoes. No variants, no fakes. Should you question the authenticity of your order when arrived, feel free to contact us for a full refund. We got you covered.
